About 2 hours ago, I received a seat sale text alert from Cebu Pacific stating that their domestic destination fare is on sale for as low as P116 or all-in fare of P441.92, inclusive of P100 Admin Fee, P200 Terminal Fee, and P25.92 12% VAT. Travel period is between December 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013.
