Bangkok Sale

If I have my way, I would visit Bangkok once again.  The shopaholic in me would swear that the prices of great finds in Bangkok are competitively cheap.  What more, one can shop at their night markets until wee hours of the morning.

The banner slogan of Cebu Pacific is saying something to me.  Could this be the right time?  Hmm..

Cebu Pacific's EOM's Sale

When I checked Cebu Pacific's website this morning, this three-day seat sale was not yet posted.  Anyway, this promo will perhaps paint a smile to frequent travelers of Cebu and Manila, particularly those who are from Surigao, Ozamiz, and Pagadian.  Although the featured rates are still much higher than P1 or P100 promo, this is still better than the regular fares.  However, the two-month travel period starts on July 1, 2011 yet or about two months from now. :(

Lastly, for those who would take the Cebu-Surigao and Cebu-Ozamiz v.v. flights, I would recommend taking the Cebu Pacific promo as it is still cheaper compared to that of Air Philippines.  I just hope Air Philippines would also come up with a competitive seat sale soon just like that of Cebu Pacific's P1 promo.  In fairness however to Air Philippines, they do not ask for extra charge on check-in baggage and web admin fee.

p.s. EOM for End of the Month

Air Philippines' Payday Special: March 29-31

Those who were not able to avail of the Two-Day Piso and One-Day P100 Seat Sales of Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines, respectively, which both ended yesterday, March 28, maybe here is your chance to catch up.

Air Philippines is having a three-day seat sale, dubbed as Payday Special, starting today, March 29.  Although it is not that cheap as the promo fare it recently offered, nevertheless its travel period is earlier by a month.  As shown on the image above and below, travel date starts on May 1 and will end on July 31.

For long distance flights such as Manila to Zamboanga and Davao or Manila to Masbate, check on the image above.
Here's Air Philippines' 1st year anniversary seat sale:  P100 to all domestic destinations!  However, this promo is only available to A320 domestic destinations.  In other words, my beloved hometown Surigao and country's primier summer destination Caticlan (Boracay) are excluded from this promo.  Huhuhu!

As much as I would like to treat myself to an out-of-town trip, I could not do so as the schedule would be in conflict with my school days during the school year 2011-2012.  Huhuhu! (again).  You see, travel period is from June 1, 2011 to February 15, 2012 and this promo is valid only until today.

To vacationistas out there, bon voyage! :)
