I can't recall of an instance that I registered for a seat sale email alert from Airphil.  Anyway, here's what I got just last night:

Selling Period: Sept 01-02, 2012      Travel Period: May 15 - Jul 15, 2013

DOMESTIC ADD ONS: Fuel Surcharge ranging from PHP 280 to PHP 488.  Aviation Security Fee of PHP 17. Ticketing Service Fee of PHP 140 per ticket (may vary if purchased from travel agencies).  Applicable 12% VAT on Base Fare only.  All domestic tickets purchased will include PHP 200 Terminal Fee for flights outbound from Manila.

INTERNATIONAL ADD ONS: Fuel Surcharge ranging from PHP 700 to PHP 1,100.  Philippine Travel Tax of PHP 1,620 for flights outbound Philippines.  Airport Departure Taxes/Surcharges for flights returning to the Philippines (for complete list, please check www.airphilexpress.com/Taxes-and-Surcharges).  Ticketing Service Fee of PHP 140 per ticket (VAT inclusive.
